Contract Visual Designer / Key Creative Partner

As the contract graphic designer, I served as the primary visual strategist working closely with the marketing manager to support Walker-Miller Energy Services' partnership with ComEd. My focus was on developing and executing strategic visual content that successfully reinforced both brands' identities while promoting key energy efficiency programs and community engagement goals.

SCOPE OF WORK:

My responsibilities spanned the entire design lifecycle, managing projects from concept to final execution across both print and digital platforms:

  • Integrated Campaign Design: Directed the creation of branded assets for various marketing initiatives and community outreach programs, including event materials, comprehensive promotional graphics, and essential informational collateral.

  • Packaging Design Leadership: Lead the design and production of retail packaging for energy-efficient products. The strategic objective was to ensure the visuals clearly communicated sustainability and innovation, critically enhancing the product’s shelf appeal and driving consumer selection.

  • Internal & Digital Communications: Developed and maintained a consistent visual presence across social media channels and designed internal communications that supported program adoption and team alignment.

CREATIVE IMPACT:

My design work at Walker-Miller Energy Services successfully unified the visual messaging across both their brand and the ComEd partnership, providing a cohesive and professional face for critical energy efficiency initiatives. I directly impacted consumer decision-making by making complex benefits clear and enhancing product appeal on the shelf. Furthermore, my commitment to brand consistency across all digital and print materials elevated the perceived impact of both organizations, building greater community trust and supporting the overall success of their energy programs.
