GOLDEN HARVEST FOOD BANK

Creative Specialist, Marketing Team

As the lead designer on Golden Harvest's marketing team, I owned the visual identity across every channel, from billboard campaigns and event materials to digital ads, social graphics, and internal communications. The work spanned the full lifecycle of their marketing: strategy, execution, and everything in between.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE OF WORK:

Campaign Design: Developed integrated marketing materials for ongoing campaigns and community outreach; digital ad sets, social graphics, email visuals, print collateral including flyers and brochures.

Brand & Event Stewardship: Led creative for Golden Harvest's high-profile annual campaigns and major fundraising events (food drives, galas, and donor initiatives). For each event, I built out comprehensive style guides to keep every touchpoint (signage, programs, invitations, apparel) visually consistent and on-brand.

Internal Communications: Designed onboarding kits, volunteer recognition materials, and internal signage. The kind of work that doesn't always get noticed, but makes the organization feel cohesive and professional from the inside out.

Asset Management: Organized and maintained Golden Harvest's library of visual assets and templates, making it easier for the whole team to produce on-brand work faster.

IMPACT:

Design for a nonprofit has to carry more weight than just looking good, it has to move people. Working at Golden Harvest, I made sure every visual, from a fundraiser flyer to a billboard, told the same story: that hunger is a solvable problem, and this organization is doing something about it. By bringing consistency and intention to the visual narrative, I helped Golden Harvest forge stronger connections with donors, volunteers, and the communities they serve.
